Privacy & Terms

What we collect

• Email address — collected at signup to deliver your API key. Not shared or sold.
• API key hash — we store a SHA-256 hash of your key, never the key itself.
• Usage logs — request timestamp, response status, and response time. Used for rate limiting and debugging. Not linked to personal identity beyond key hash.
• Address inputs — addresses you submit are passed to the US Census Bureau Geocoder and TIGERweb APIs. We do not store them permanently.

What we don't collect

No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels. No advertising. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Third-party services

• US Census Bureau — address inputs are geocoded via their public API. Subject to Census Bureau terms.
• Supabase — stores API keys (hashed) and usage logs. Hosted in the US.
• Resend — sends your API key by email.
• Coinbase CDP — verifies x402 USDC payments on Base mainnet for agent requests.

Terms of service

• This API is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.
• The free tier is 1,000 requests per month per API key. Abuse may result in key revocation.
• You may not use this service to build a competing geocoding product that resells Census Bureau data.
• Address data is sourced from public US government databases. We make no warranty as to accuracy or completeness.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
